It was an honor to spend Cenarrusa Day on the Hill with Idaho FFA students and Mrs. Cenarrusa. This day honors Pete Cenarrusa, who served Idaho as both a longtime state legislator and later as Secretary of State, and who believed in teaching young people how government works. FFA’s foundation in agriculture goes hand-in-hand with developing leadership and a strong sense of civic responsibility.

Education & Our Schools

  • Public schools in District 32 deserve stable, predictable funding

  • Teachers and parents should have a direct line to their representative

  • Every student needs a clear path, whether that's college, a trade, or starting a business

Always appreciate the chance to visit with our local Chamber of Commerce leaders who made the trip to Boise. Chambers are often the first call for small businesses and employers as they navigate growth, workforce challenges, and regulations. I value the perspective they bring and the work they do back home in Idaho Falls.

Housing, Healthcare & Cost of Living

  • Idaho families should be able to afford to live where they were raised

  • Remove regulatory barriers that slow down housing construction

  • Protect Medicaid for the Idahoans who depend on it while finding sustainable long-term solutions
